I’ve been working out for the last 5 months. I decided after I came off my last production position that I would dedicate some of my time to my body. I’m a mother of two traveling from state to state so you can imagine what my diet was like. Although I ate pretty healthy on the job ; on my days out I would be tired my body would ache I would be running around in New York City for hours. My body showed me I was so out of shape it was definitely time to fix it.
