I started this fitness journey to become more stronger and healthy! Even if you’re eating right and working out sometimes your body needs a little push. Especially after children, working and aging ; your body becomes de conditioned. I needed a little help to snap my mid section back into shape so I started to invest in waist trainers. I tried multiple ones some were to long cutting into my thigh, some were to short and the material gave me bruises and burns. I was spending MONEY on these to much trying to find the right one; so I decided to create my own !!
